    Nice book but above my cooking prowess.

    Maybe I expected a beginners book on how to use the fryer. The book is basically a receipe book which included lots of different inclusions. I just wanted a book on using a fryer to start with not a recipe book that would have been later & with much simpler & basic meals. The book would be good if classified as a recipe book.

    Best Air Fryer, fully illustrated cookbook I've bought.

    Am fairly new to air fryer cooking and up to now haven't found a good recipe book. All that has changed now that I have this fabulous cookbook from Clare Andrews. So good. Most of the recipes are really easy, tasty and all brilliantly illustrated in full colour. Would recommend it without hesitation.
