Machine bought "used/pre-owned", but condition is practically perfect and it looks to me no different then "new" machine after few weeks of use. Fast shipping! Packing was great a lot of bubble wrap and mushed cardboard filling and two boxes. Like in description there was no filter, but filter holder was included so that's good. In hindsight I would skip jug option (you can get great shiny one for a fiver from meatball place). I am very happy with this purchase!

Came as described in the original box with the attachments as described in the advert. Forgot to order a filter thought it came with it, but on reading the advert again it clearly stated that it wasn’t included. Could barely see the blemishes on the machine which after a few days use would be there anyway. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
