I purchased a Rolex they listed as “excellent condition with box and papers.” After immediate payment, they claimed it was damaged and refused to ship—despite no mention of this in the listing. Instead of canceling the order themselves, they repeatedly pressured me to cancel, likely to avoid eBay penalties. I had to file a case to get a refund. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.
