I'd of packed a working Dyson that's been tested personally. The Dyson does now work via purchasing a filter at my cost whilst I wait for replacement from the seller. I have all the videos including unboxing. Dyson was also wet inside and out. I have been reasonable and made it work whilst having the option to send it back. I CHOSE to work it out. Happy to report the customer does interact for resolution.
