    Essential kit

    When my original floorhead seized up and couldn't be fixed, I went to the Vax website for a replacement. Unfortunately, this item was out of stock so after two weeks, I tried Ebay and found one immediately. It fitted perfectly and does a great job of hoovering up on both carpets and hard floors. The rotating brush and dust light make it a much easier job.

    Great item. But it has 2 thin wires to c...

    Great item. But it has 2 thin wires to connect to the motor which move around and wear/break too easily when the floor head swivels back and forth. I had to reinforce the wires with additional tape and also cut away some of the plastic trim close to the wires to help mitigate the wear that these wires are subject to.
