Communication with seller was exceptional. Well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The controller is very responsive and turns on a penny, you very quickly get the hang of driving it. The seat height and footrest is perfect along with the suspension makes for a comfortable ride. It is easy to unpack or fold away for storage and transport in the car.

It was quick to assemble, tried it out it's got plenty of power (5 speeds) and 1 was enough for me. Bought it for my husband to use instead of his mobility scooter which I have to keep taking apart to put in and out of the car. This folds up so I can easily lift it in and out, plus it takes up less room. Great purchase!!

I haven't had one o f these chairs before and found the swivel wheels a bit difficult at first but I soon got used to them and now find it very easy to steer. The only thing I think it needs is somewhere to put a walking stick but I don't know if any of them have this facility.

The design is such that it would suit any age of user and would not create the typical stereotypical view of mobility scooters are mainly for the elderly. Communication with the company was first class resolving a delivery issue without delay and getting it resolved so as delivery date was maintained. First class sell highly recommend.

Only issue was the courier who didn’t attempt to deliver to my house (as seen on my video doorbell) despite the number being very visible and I was indoors...package was left in a neighbour’s open porch doorway.. not impressed!! Would recommend the item and the vendor though!
