It is a delight to thumb through the breakfast, main courses,soups, beverages, and desserts sections, etc., all with beautiful images for each served recipe, even including meal plans! Vegan Keto enriches every kitchen with delicious and nutritious recipes, no matter if vegan, vegetarian, or meat eater! It is far from being sternly limited which makes the recipes so great!     This was such a great investment! There are so many great reasons to get it, above all--clear, delicious, simple ingredient recipes. Liz ha even made chia pudding so much simpler and quicker than other recipes. The Cauliflower Soup is awesome. Just making this so much fun, and I am not hungry!!! I totally recommend this book!
