More of a 'jack of all trades master of none' gimmick than a real coffee machine.
Bought to replace my Nespresso. It's more of a gimmick than anything, by a far lower league than Nespresso as all the coffee capsules are pretty poor tasting so far (I bought 1 of every one I could find). Biggest disappointment is that the capsules are working out about 2-3 times the price of Nespresso as well. The rest of the family who hate coffee love this machine for the other fancy chai lattes and hot chocolates which they inform me as being superb, albeit about £0.70 a cup...Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

produces good hot coffee and quickly.
The instructions are just in picture form and must be followed exactly in order or the machine doesn't work. The coffee does work out expensive, especially as we live in a hard water area and bought the one with the water filter hence not just coffee pods to buy.
