    Not a good experience.

    This amp is not worth even its low price. When used using the 'clean' option it sounds reasonably ok. I tried it with a Gibson SG Special and Planet Waves Custom Series gold plated lead. There is a constant low frequency electrical hum at or above setting 2 on the volume. The 'OverDrive' is appalling, it just sounds like the amp is shorting out and that the speakers are ripped. An ugly, unstable noise, that just sounds like it is broken. The selector switch for 'Clean/O.D.' crackles and buzzes whenever it is pushed in or out. And all this at only volume setting 2. Didn't try it louder as I was scared it would go 'bang'. This amp is to be avoided. It is, at best, a very expensive foot rest.
