The doll arrived in perfect condition, although it wasnt the exact doll that was in the listing pictures, as the one i recieved was still in the plastic it came with while the one in the preview image didnt have any plastic(not complaining just making an observation). the seller was very responsive and kind. overall great experience and im so happy with my new doll!!
