The seller was very kind over messaging and even agreed to make a custom piece—the solid 18karat gold ring with blue topaz instead of tourmaline. However, as soon as the item arrived it broke, and instead of offering to return and fix the item the seller said they would send a “stronger” version— who can afford to do that with solid gold!?
