    Sauciere arrived with ladle cracked. Seller issued refund for ladle as soon as he was notified of damage. I am very satisfied with puecase and seller's integrity. Everything was more than well packed. They obviously did everything they could to protect item. Not sure how ladle got broken but it wasn't their fault.
