The item arrived in its box with the manuals included. The item appears to be new as stated in the description. It is a Kikkerland Critters wind-up and it has some small scratches which could just be from transit or the manufacturer. The wind-up works as expected. I bought from this seller since Kikkerland was out of stock on this one. Luckily, this one came at cheaper price tag too.
