Sadly, the reaction and response from the seller was not good or helpful and although I returned the item, the seller was very antagonistic and did not want to provide a refund. I can't understand why I had such a negative experience when the seller is "rated 100%". Luckily eBay stepped in to resolve the issue. Sadly, I also expect to receive unfairly negative feedback from the seller.Reply from: chessman_123- Feedback replied to by seller chessman_123.- Feedback replied to by seller chessman_123.the item was wraped in bubble wrap & boxed the buyer said the 2 wing tips that were missing were not in the box she also said there was a hole in the box when item was returned to me they were very badly brocken a lot more than in the picture buyer sent me this was becuse the buyer had just put them in the box to send them back no bubble wrap & in origanal box suprise no hole buyer is a lyer i am very disapointed with ebay for refunding this buyer
