    A good book as a whole, though with some questionable categories.

    This was a very good book in general and I was happy with it as a gift for a young person as a whole. I do have reservations about the tattoo section which is more likely to promote nightmares than anything else and the worlds oldest bodybuilder was a sight best not seen.
