    Good value & seems to be helping post op bruising

    I was skeptical about whether this would actually work to help reduce bruising following surgery on both legs. I have to say after applying at night for a few days the bruising has significantly improved. Because it’s a gel as opposed to a cream, you don’t have to rub it in too much if the area is very tender/ sore. It will absorb and dry fairly quickly if left. I’d recommend.

    Worth a try!

    I have used SBC Arnica on and off for a number of years. I hate taking pain killers and this has seen me through a bad bout of lower back pain recently. You can use it as much as you like unlike pain killers.

    Excellent Product

    Being a long standing user of arnica gel, I find the SBC product to be of excellent quality. It is great to help bring out bruising after knocks and falls, but for me it is a great asset to ease muscular spasms / cramps and tensions. I usually find it fast acting, seeing improvements in as little as 15 minutes.
