He was reluctant to accept the return. He offered £5 compensation. eBay intervened. Once the return was automatically accepted by ebay as it does the return was swift with full refund givien. there was no case just a straight forward return. there was only a couple of broken clips. i offered some money back for you to keep them as they was still usuable. i only advised the buyer a cable would help hold the trim in place. i have packed lots of trim sets this way none have broken. maybe the seller couldnt fit them properly.
