But when the phone arrived it was 128gb not the 512gb it was sold as. Seller offered a $20 partial refund but the difference between the 128gb and 512gb is over $100. They didn't want to do a refund, I didn't either because I had already switched my SIM and accounts and didn't want then to have my information if I sent it back. It seems that the service provider changed what was acceptable. Nonetheless, the seller was very helpful in providing guidance to try to get the phone to work and when it didn't, they willingly accepted a return and covered the shipping cost. Great service!

Now they told me they have another, However, I told them I want a refund if they could not ship it by DHL. Now I receive a message that it will be Aug lst. When I placed my first order It was July 1. So, they never made the first shipment. I have contacted eBay with no results from them. I am upset after being a customer since 2007. $218 and the screen on my cell has gone out.
