    Firstly, took almost a week to arrive which I was wasn’t entirely happy with. Item arrived, finger print scanner wasn’t working including the camera. Seller contacted me when I tried to issue a return and sorted out the camera. However he told me the finger print scanner wouldn’t work as that was factory default which wasn’t earlier mentioned. After a week, laptop crashed and had to install a new hard disk (free from HP) While this wasn’t the sellers fault, I believe seller wasn’t fully honest.
