The first sent me the incorrect item, basically it had missing items. I reached out the seller and they initially offered me an unreasonable amount as partial refund and turned back on his words later in the conversation. From there on the seller is just copy pasting the same message over and over again to return the item. I will now have to go through the hassle of returning.
