    Disappointed with this purchase. The DJI Air 2 shell arrived broken, as shown in the photos. I believe it was damaged due to poor packaging. This could have been avoided with better protection. On top of that, the seller doesn’t respond to messages. Not happy with the experience.

    It's good that you upload the photos. People who know will understand that photos your old crash. If even you'll jump on package, it never be looks like on photos. Drone smashed on wall by arm and result deep cracks.
