    Pure, good value, I would recommend it.

    After successfully using Calcium Carbonate in chewable pills, I felt that I had to move on to a pure source since the magnesium stearate in the pills liberally coated my tongue with a thick white gelatinous film (and I am told, magnesium stearate does the same coating in ones colon preventing nutrient uptake). I am assured that the Calcium Carbonate is a pure source from "Now". ( I am taking their word for it, since I am not in a position to make an analysis.) The stearate coating is certainly absent and that is a huge step forward as far as I am concerned. One of the benefits of the Calcium Carbonate to me, was the instant relieving of leg cramps on taking it. I have also noticed that if I take a slightly higher dose, high blood pressure results are substantially reduced. (This is a ...
