    Buyer Beware. Purchased lovely dress from Next BNWOT. Unfortunately, when received dress had stain on front, residue food and the lining was creased as if it had been worn. I like the dress so popped it in the wash. I contact the seller asking for a partial refund, as it was not new as described. We exchanged MANY messages .....I won't bore you with then but the upshot is I didn't receive any refund. I feel the seller has been totally unfair as the dress is definitely worn I sent pictures

    Thanks for your feed back..I replied and promptly to your message and apologised & asked you to return the dress for a full refund, you declined and wanted to keep the dress and get a partial refund, this is a £75 dress which I sold to the buyer for £11, not sure what else I could have done I apolosised at the time and will again but you declined my offer to return.
