Very poor documentation, but likely a good product.
Seems good, maybe, but the documentation is horrible. I ordered this because I really like my DJI drone, and the price for the refurbished unit was excellent. Took me a long time to figure out how to even get it to turn on and work, because the documentation is so unclear. In many places, they use pictures and symbols which are supposed to make it easier for me to understand, but I couldn't figure out for the life of me what the cryptic pictures are trying to tell me! I was finally able to get it to work, but after changing from video to photo and back, some of the buttons stopped working. I guess what I need to do is look for some youtube videos to figure out how to REALLY use it, because that seems to be the only way.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Dislike osmo 3
The osmo 3 is the biggest waste of money, terrible product. Osmo 2 much easier to balance. You can not use with moments lens, if you have big phone like samsung s10 plus, stay away from gimbals, they are worthless. This is replacing our Osmo Mobile original. It works great, however it has a new DjiMimo app and does not work with the DjiGo app or the DJIFly app. I liked the functionality of the DJIGo app much better than the DJIMImo app. I think there should be one app for everything and it should allow the film maker to be creative and also provide the “canned” editing tools.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
