This power clip can be used as part of an analogue system and will fit all Hornby straight and curved track sections, with the exception of the R610, the R621, and the R8090. It attaches to the track by clipping onto the locating slots between the track and sleeper. This piece is made from black plastic and weighs 100g.

    Purchased 2 new at a good price. Easy to fix in place on most Hornby or Newish Triang track. Simple power connection with quick results.

    not sure how to get them to work?

    i cannot seem to get them to work? i have attached to track ok, no issue there and the strips seem to be touching the tracks - inserted cable from transformer and no power to track i have touched track with wires and power is there - so transformer ok, so it is not a supply feed issue there is no instructions on how to get wiring to work with clips??? not sure if they are working or not - i have tried 2 so far and same result
