The delivery box did have some damage but the wrapping inside the package protected the items, and the looks of the items was not affected in anyway. I was a little annoyed the item could have arrived earlier but it got shipped in a different direction and was stuck for a few days til it went back towards its actual destination, but this isn't the sellers fault. If I choose to get a region free player in the future I will, but purchased knowing my PS5 was put to the task (at least temporarily).
