One spool had some slight damage to it (like something was dropped on it in transit?) but does work. It was dispatched quite quickly but took Evri over a week to deliver it! But I was in no hurry for it. I always use Royal Mail to avoid these situations. Price was very reasonable so overall not displeased.

The size of the letter box it’s smaller than the product itself. I informed te seller with attached pictures of the letter and a similar product which couldn’t pass through. Once they been informed, they refunded right away. Good customer service, good communication. I lost my time but at least not the money. Thanks!
