I got it for more than half the price as it was selling new, and cheeper than the other used ones were. They listed it as GOOD, but it was easily a VERY GOOD , as new minus the wrapper.     Enlightening

    I've listened to the album on vinyl and CDs for years. Almost since it was released. I've questioned the value of this format, but I've never heard some of the detail that was revealed in this release. The clarity was amazing. While I don't know if the multi-channel effects were true to the original concept, they certainly seemed to fit. As such, it really enhanced the experience. If you like Pink Floyd, this is the SACD to have.

    Speaker flutter

    Great sound mix, no complaints there, my speakers flutter on some of the tracks, disk is clean and there are no scratches. I play the same record and i don't have the issues nor when played back on Flac. At the cost of the disk, I won't purchase another to replace it to end up with the same issue. Cool recording otherwise.

    An absolutely awesome 5.1 surround sound experience

    This makes the 3rd version of this "album" on CD that I've bought over 3 decades. A normal cd in the late 80's, a 24k gold stereo remaster in the 90's, and now a 24k gold 5.1 Surround Sound. This is my favorite version! Makes full use of Surround Sound in an organic way. It fits the mix & never feels contrived, yet is always immersive.

    Pink Floyd "Dark Side Of The Moon" SACD

    Well this was the second time I've purchased this! I bought the very first DVD Audio/SACD player ever, a Pioneer, and this was my first SACD. While the multichannel mix was my main concern, and it might be the best 5.1 music ever, I'm just so blown away by DSD; it's as close as we will probably ever get to analog, plus all the extra sonic values that only DSD delivers
