Within a few mins of putting the knee brace on I couldn't feel any pain and my mobility was returned to normal. Going up and down stairs was easy for the first time in ages. I've heard you need to wear it for a couple of weeks to get the full benefit, so I will. But so far I'm very impressed and would recommend this if you suffer with bad knees. Came 5 days earlier than expected as well, bonus.
