I feel that the description was misleading (advertised as a John Lewis product which is sold as a set of two, two items shown in picture, but only one item sent. We have not resolved this as the seller can t see my point. I was also sent no charger, though the seller refuses to accept that this is the case. Luckily I can use the one from my phone, but this is supposed to be a new item, so that s disappointing.
