Unfortunately the seller has no comprehension of ESD and wrapped the motherboard in ordinary semi inflated plastic sheeting. Knowing this I fully expect he didn't bother dismantling it with an ESD strap either. Ordinarily I'd return it for a refund as electrostatic discharge can cause damage that is not immediately visible (I have attended an ESD course).
