    - Ceramic pot insert as described, although it had food stains inside that could have easily been washed. - Excellent Packaging! - Delivery: it took a week to be received from order date, even though I chose Parcel Force 48 hrs. I found out the seller took 3 full days to take parcel to the couriers. I find this an excessive amount of time, so I was not able to use the slow cooker for the event I had ordered it for, as the insert arrived 2 days after. - Seller should pre-warn of this.
