On my request and attempt to return the product, the seller tried to intimidate me by telling me to ensure I return the correct item with the right serial number instead of admitting they’re wrong. I returned the item on the same day I received it and the seller received it in less than 48 hours but they refused to refund me until I raised a case with eBay.
