When I sent them photos and let them know, they claimed they would "investigate" but opted to let ebay decide. I'm not sure what kind of grift they are pulling, but this is unacceptable. Be careful who you order from. Companies like this use some secondary fulfillment service and it's very suspect.

Just when it was to be shipped, I received an email stating I had ordered the last one & it was found to be defective! When I asked for a full refund, magically a new stock arrived & one was sent out to her & it seems to be in working order!
