She's first claimed to have sent the product and a day past the ETA when I reached out, claimed it was returned. Them she said it would be picked up by Royal mail. In all the item got to me after two weeks of purchase. Here's the kicker, I opened it to realize it was neither new not complete. The jugs have been heavily used, the motor was missing, one item had chipped edges. I had seen enough.
