Appearance was excellent .The purchase was a good value . I had an issue with the item so I contacted the seller and initiated a return . Communication was excellent and went very smoothly .     The marker lights arrived on time. It was well packaged and had a low price. It looked like the item listed in the listing. Unfortunately the advertisement had a typo and they were for O gauge not HO. I contacted Trainz and they searched for an HO version but did not have one available. They immediately gave me a refund. Although this transaction did not go as hoped, Trainz was very responsive and has always provided excellent service.

    The item arrived quicker than expected.. Very well packaged and cushioned. The engine condition matched the pictures. It appears to be in very good smooth running order. It had been inspected prior to shipment. Anything needing servicing seem to have been pre-done. Shipping cost were very reasonable.
