Logitech Create better than Apple’s Smart Keyboard
Like many of you, I had an Apple Smart Keyboard that stopped connecting to my iPad Pro 9.7 for no reason at all. Apple was not interested in fixing the problem, so I had to find a different solution. The Logitech Create keyboard is that solution. It has features that the Apple Smart Keyboard does not. Such as BACKLIGHTING, and iOS quick keys. Like a HOME button! It is not a Bluetooth keyboard. It actually connects using the Magic Adapter built into the iPad Pro. This means there’s no charging cable or separate adapter needed. There is also a sleeve for your Apple Pencil. The ONLY drawback to this keyboard is that when you want to use the iPad as a tablet, the keys are exposed on the back of the device. For me it is a very minor inconvenience.

This is a really good keyboard for the older iPad Pro. The keys work reliably, the touch is good and the form factor is neither too small nor too big. Mine came slightly "warped" or bowed with the high spot in the middle at the connector. It still functions well, just a little odd. Great keyboard for iPad Pro 9.7
Excellent wireless keyboard for your iPad Pro 9.7 it charges wirelessly through your ipad by smart connector on ipad. No major complaints except on mine the shift key on right sticks a little but no big deal. I would not by any other type. My first one lasted 3-1/2 years and I replaced it with this one, still the best out there. Don’t expect any out of warranty help from Logitech your lucky to get a response. Good keyboard
I like the keypad as its not downsized and like a normal keypad in size and feel. Hopefully the letters will not wear off like my last one I had but since these are plastic, it shouldnt. I like the fact its more protective then others and keys light up, although I have one on my keypad that doesnt work. All I hoped it would be!
This really transforms the way I use my iPad pro, with its three positions: folded pack on itself for regular iPad browsing, upright like laptop, and keyboard and screen laying flat. (Plus closed, of course). The keyboard even supports several key combos, like cntl-tab to flip through windows. Seems very durable, and the iPad feels quite secure. The keyboard worked well right out of the box. My only complaint is that it is difficult to keep the pad "clipped" in to the keyboard back which sometimes makes the on/off switch difficult to use. An excellent keyboard/cover, Well-designed throughout, typical Logitech quality. Keyboard works at first stroke every time, no skipped letters. Smooth cover operation.
