The item (a set of wrenches) was poorly packaged, and fell out of the box in mid-transit. When a mostly-empty box arrived, the Seller was very rude and difficult to deal with. Did not immediately offer a refund - forced me to go through eBay to resolve. The Seller even called me "entitled" and forced me to go to the post office to return an empty box to him. Do not recommend dealing with this seller under any circumstancesReply from: owweb_58- Feedback replied to by seller owweb_58.- Feedback replied to by seller owweb_58.This buyer demanded a full refund within 10 minutes of delivery and refused to return the item, which is against eBay policy.
