      I had not appreciated that the item I bought was an e-Book (this was not clear to me from the description). Once I realised my mistake (I wanted a hard copy) and requested a refund, this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The refund request had to be via messaging the seller because the automated ebay refund request kept referring to a courier - not applicable for digital items.
