Item was not new or in original box even though it was stated new, perfect condition, open box. Shipped barely packaged. Sloppily placed in a box and spout of kettle was coming through the box it was shipped in. Item was used and damaged. Emailed seller, no apology, didn’t admit to item being used, even though I sent photos. Skirted around dishonesty and really didn’t reply at all. Gave seller days to reply.
