    A Different Story

    A Different Story- daring 1978 drama of gay and lesbian marry have a baby - I wish the inlay sheet used the original film poster or scene stills- the airbrushed photo montage of the actors not from the film make the dvd look budget- the best thing is the extra short of the film producer and Perry King and director talk about the acting choices and un scripted ending and the joy of the films making- The producer and director talking about casting of Peter Donat who won a 1939 Oscar for Goodbye Mr Chips took a bit part as King's older male sponsor-King plays a gay man from Belgian on a visa- when the devious gay lover ( Donat ) is rejected -he calls immigration- Foster a lesbian realtor marries King- and they have a baby - she has a lesbian lover who also cannot let her go- -the extra ...
