    While my item did not arrive, it was not due to the fault of the seller. The item was somehow lost in transit. However, the seller was always professional and prompt with communication launched an investigation to try and determine what happened to the item and when that was unsuccessful offered and provided a full refund immediately along with an apology. While I did not receive my item, I again would like to reiterate, it was not the seller's fault and I would do business with this shop again.
