    Not impressed

    Not sure if this is brand new or a factory return but only get 15 minutes out of a full charge but other then that it is nice. Did not come in a makers box and no instruction manual so guessing it is a factory return. Would not buy refurbished again if that is what it was.

    The little gem of vaccum cleaner

    This is a little gem of vaccum cleaner. It's lightweight easy to put together easy to empty.. I've bought expensive ones in the past once the guarantee ran out they start playing up. No more expensive ones for me. It may be a refurbishment but it's great vaccum cleaner. I can't praise this enough .I would certainly recommend refurbished .Excellent customer service Quick despatch. I would recommend this seller. A +++++☺☺☺☺☺
