    The items were supplied in uncleaned condition as it stated in the description and to be fair other than the filth they were in excellent condition. The price was very good, the sellers packaging and delivery were very good. Just bear in mind that you will need to clean them before use. The price reflects the need for cleaning and I am very happy with what I received and would use this seller again.

    I rate this positive as they originally sent the wrong filter. They told me to throw the filter in the bin and they would send out the correct filter, which they did. The only issue I had was the fact that the item was described as used, however, I didn’t really expect the item to not be clean. It was a little off putting. I messaged them and they said I could return it, however, I decided to keep it as I wanted a genuine Dyson product. Communication from this company is great.
