      The person I dealt with was rude and sarcastic. Would never deal with this "business" ever again. He had my order at 8 am Friday morning. By Monday morning he had not even gotten a tracking ticket. When contacted he said I needed to read his policy in that he was allowed to send it after two days. When you add the weekend that makes four days! By Tuesday morning it had still not been sent from California and I live in Florida. He accused me of intimidating him! No customer service!
