We had to look at youtube and realised we could superglue it which was not good considering the price we paid. We also wanted to collect item as needed asap and told seller this when we bought it, but that request was ignored and posted instead. (hence delay in getting item) Had we collected it personally like we wanted to, we would have got an intact item when we picked it up as he was very close to us.
