    Contacted seller a month prior to purchase and not responsive - said it was the result of having a procedure done. When I purchased the item she forgot to send my package, I had to ask where my pack was at. Again used the excuse she had a procedure done. Asked for refund and instead she send my order the next day.

    Disappointed to receive my first negative after years of 100% positive feedback. Buyer asked questions months before purchasing over a holiday weekend. I had a medical procedure but still shipped within eBay’s timeframe. The cancel request came after the item left my care to be mailed. No return was ever requested, so I assumed all was well.
