    Great product! Good power! Good price!

    I really like the EGO generator. 3000 watts is enough to power all home appliances. Two 7.5 dc volt batteries provide 3000 watts! It has snap in battery connections for 4 batteries up to 10 v dc. So plenty of power. If ever the battery goes bad, just snap in a replacement! It can be charged by car cigarette connection, house 110v and solar. They also sell a fast charge unit that can reduce charge time to like 1.5 hours! I like it! Checks all my requirement boxes!

    Sophisticated control panel for charging and output

    Easily portable and save to keep in house vs gasoline generator (which I've had). Can back up the critical appliances. The batteries can be used for the yard tools which means you can buy those "bare". I have been very impressed with this purchase.

    I hope I never need it.

    My power goes out very rarely. So I probably won’t get a chance to use it for quite a while. But in the meantime I have 2 more 7.5 batteries , and essentially a 4 battery charger, for my arsenal of Ego tools, which have all performed flawlessly for several years.

    Great product but needs solar capabilities to be off grid

    Needs a 12v accessory for that application as well as the ability to charged from solar from powerless locations. The 12 would be 10 to 15 amp and the power indicaters need away of being accessible only when getting low as to save the power for use. Otherwise an excellent product!
