    Item was advertised as £140 with free delivery. After paying for the item the seller attempted to ask for £80 for postage as I wasn't in mainland uk. I live in North Wales which is clearly mainland uk but the seller wouldn't acknowledge this. I'm still awaiting a refund 2 weeks after purchase and eBay have had to step in to try to resolve the issue.

    I advised you that we were unable to delivery to Isle of Anglesey. After contacting 5+ couriers they all stated that it wasn't UK mainland hence the charges they were quoting. They were all 80+VAT to ship to you which is more than double what we usually pay for shipping. You struggled to come to terms and accept that this was the situation, so I cancelled your order. Nothing more I can do on this occasion, sadly we can't please everyone, but who cares?
