    Once connected it soars!

    This takes some time to get used to using. It isn't clear if it is a user error (although my daughter has some of the same issues), bluetooth connectivity, or the software. However, once it is connected and working, it is great! It really helps me keep a steady shot when doing video. I love the panoramas and can't wait to set it up on a tripod.

    ok but takes a little getting used to. would be better if charging port on my phone was not in center

    the charging port is smack dab in the middle which means you cannot push your phone against the end to make it balance. I liked the idea that phone could charge while in use. But unable to use this feature with my galaxy s6

    Works good if your phone fits in it.

    I was surprised to find out the gimbal won't clamp on to a thicker phone, like a high capacity battery phone (ulefone power 5) or a (thick) waterproof phone (ulefone armor 8). I think only physical width dimensions were described in the ads.

    Good Gimbal for the money.Useful features and amazing battery life!

    Great gimbal for the price! I have used DJI drones and I like their stabilization. OSMO 2 is no different, of course it's not perfect but in most situations it's very handy as long as you know what you're doing. Build quality is solid although it's plastic and battery life is amazing! When I was filming, it started raining and although it's not recommended to use the gimbal in rain it held up just fine. I have also used gopro on it with an adapter and handled great! the buttons/zoom feature and modes are very useful as well. Only downside could be the weight, like any other gimbal with a big smart phone (i have note 8) and it can get tiresome holding it for longer periods of time. Just FYI, if you have a bigger phone use it without the case otherwise it'll be too big and heavy for the ...
